Mr. Dale Redman currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of ProPetro Services. He brings with him 30 years of experience working in the Permian Basin in West Texas, extensive experience in the oilfield services business, and deep roots and relationships in the West Texas community. Mr. Redman co-founded ProPetro in 2005 and has been CEO since 2008.

Prior to founding ProPetro, he co-founded Downhole Injection Systems, LLC and acted as CEO from 2001 until its sale in 2004. From 1993-1998, Dale served as President and CEO of Reef Chemical Company. He joined Reef Chemical Company in 1991 after it acquired Advanced Chemical Company, an oilfield chemical service company Mr. Redman founded and owned.

Mr. Redman holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Tech Foundation Board, as well as the Athletic Advisory Council for Texas Tech University. Mr. Redman also serves on the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum Board of Trustees.
